The flexible cable fireproof sleeve is a new product developed by our company, adopting a multi-layer protective structure. It is wrapped around intermediate connectors for protection: it can suppress high-voltage arcs caused by intermediate connector short-circuit faults, reducing the potential injury risk to personnel around cable connector accidents.

- Tensile strength: ≥3.5MPa
- Breakdown voltage: >10kV/mm
- Water resistance: No swelling or cracking after 15 days of tap water immersion
- Arc resistance performance: No explosion debris splashes, ensuring cable safety
- Fire insulation: After 100h, the temperature rise at any point on the backfire side of the test piece is <180°C
- Fire integrity: After 100h, the cotton on the backfire side of the test piece is not ignited, and no continuous flame (≥10s) occurs
