Definition
This sealing agent is formed by immediate foaming and rapid expansion of base material and catalyst. Its expansion ratio can reach 300%, and the expanded foam solidifies and hardens within 2 minutes.
Function
Produced by the reaction of two components, this sealing agent has good gas barrier and foaming properties. It is widely applied in scenarios like temporary (permanent) sealing of coal mines and tunnels, filling of coal-rock cavities and coal seam fractures, construction of firewalls, sealing of toxic and harmful gases, and roof fall support.
It is especially suitable for filling coal-rock cavities, fractures and air leakage channels in high roof fall areas, as well as sealing the upper corner of the working face to prevent air leakage and gas emission from goafs.
Non-combustible and non-combustion-supporting, it has excellent explosion-proof and anti-static performance, which works effectively for gas sealing and fire prevention. After forming, the material maintains stable, long-lasting performance without cracking.
